# Customer Notification – End of Life of Emedgene™ Version 37.7

Dear Customer,

Illumina is writing to inform you that we will be making Emedgene v37.7 (the latest and only v37 version available for use) obsolete on September 30, 2026 and recommend that users upgrade to an updated version of Emedgene as soon as possible.

**What This Means For You**

Please plan your transition to an updated Emedgene version before September 30, 2026.

Note that the latest Emedgene release is v100.40. For more details about this release, please view the Release Notes [here](https://help.emg.illumina.com/release-notes/workbench-and-pipeline-updates). Customers on Illumina cloud instances can configure their application version using the Organization Settings page. If any assistance is needed, please contact your Bioinformatics support team or Illumina Technical Support at <techsupport@illumina.com>.

* Last day Emedgene Platform v37.7 will be available: September 30, 2026. Support will not be available after this date.
* Last day Emedgene Pipeline v37.7 will be available: December 31, 2026. Support will not be available after this date.
