# 7.51.0 - % Pass Filter vs % Occupancy scatter plot

#### October 20, 2026

#### Features

* Added a "% Pass Filter vs % Occupancy" scatter plot to the run charts page, to help users optimize loading of patterned flowcells.
* Run Planning now shows validation errors next to the relevant field or table cell, instead of in a page-level error panel.
* Sample CSV import in Run Planning now supports a per-sample reference file.

#### Bugs Fixed

* Improved the handling of quoted search terms and ranking of search results.
* Fixed an issue where the sample chooser would return no samples when filtering by project on app launch forms.
* Fixed an issue where app launch could fail due to unnecessary validation of a de-activated form field.
* When launching applications from a project page, only apply the project filter to app results, datasets, samples, and biosamples, and not to file choosers.
* Fixed an issue with the display of long lists of biosamples on the run details page.
* Users who belong to more than 10 workgroups should now be able to easily select their preferred workgroup on older instruments (e.g., MiSeq).
* Workgroup switching should also work more reliably for customers who belong to more than 100 workgroups on the BaseSpace website.
* Fixed an issue viewing analysis reports where navigating from one HTML report to another could get stuck loading the second report.
* Fixed an issue where the planned run list displays no results when displaying 250 results per page.
* Fixed an issue where Run Planning did not display the error details when initiating a requeue failed.
* Fixed an issue where dataset deletion would not properly delete all hidden references to files, resulting in incomplete deletion.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.bioinsight.illumina.com/basespace/releases/previous-releases/2026/7.51.0.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
